Our vision
SBR EPC understands that skilled human resources are the key to success and business development. This has set the basis of the international recognition gained by the company. Since the foundation and the initial projects, the distinctive features of SBR's management, acknowledged by every client, have been outstanding management capability, commitment to project aims, permanent flexibility and a thorough technical capacity in every required activity. More than 20 years ago, SBR adopted a program to recruit and train recent graduates from local universities. The "Young Professionals" program constitutes the first stage in career planning for management personnel, and has been recognized as a model by business communities in countries where the company operates. All levels of SBR employees participate in continuous training programs that enhance their skills to improve productivity, quality and safety, which are key factors to assure client satisfaction. S.B.R has also developed an in-house postgraduate course in project management aimed at developing the skills required to compete in today's global environment. The program instructors are world-class university professors, lecturers and consultants who, together with SBR's top managers, share their experiences in the fields of engineering, finance, procurement, marketing, team building, construction and operations. A similar program has been adapted and developed in order to train foremen and supervisors. Moreover, all the large projects developed by SBR E&C around the world have been a key source of employment and professional growth for thousands of local workers and professionals, whom have been trained in multiple abilities and fields.
